Business purpose.

Solcruit does not engage workforce in its own name, does not place individual employees, and does not act as an employment placement service within the meaning of §2 of the Austrian Labour Market Promotion Act (AMFG). The formal commercial relationship between an introduced party and a project operator is concluded directly between those parties.
